Thank you for beautiful plaque and excellent service - i received the plaque after 5 days from confirming the design, love this brass plaque!

Plaque Direct is a good company. Communication was amazing as the response times were almost immediate. The work was excellent and fast (order completed and shipped within days). But there should be a caution to US purchasers. I felt the price of the plaque was reasonable. However, I didn't realize the plaque was made outside the US. (I didn't care, as the product and company reviews were all excellent). But, after it was shipped, I received a notification from the shipping company, DHL, that I owed an additional payment for the tariff or else the plaque would be returned to the sender. It was a gift, and I had already paid $350. Now the US government wanted an additional $250, almost doubling the price. I paid the tariff.

In this day and age it’s hard to get anything you expect and especially delivered on time. I received my plaque to lafayette, LA, half way around the world on the exact day they said… less than 2weeks. Eden provided excellent customer service and communication and plaque is beautiful for my brothers grave! Thank you

Thanks to Plaque Direct for production of a beautiful stainless steel commemorative plaque. It was great working with Eden from customer support. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed by approximately two weeks (due to shipping issues). Otherwise we are very satisfied.
