PjfitzReviews of pjfitz.com

Memorized their pitch about using no subcontractors etc only to see subcontractors roll up all non English speaking (also contra to what we were trained is the case, what they say to justify the astronomical pricing) at my neighbors’ house with magnetic PJ Fitzpatrick branding slapped over the actual subcontractor’s name on the truck. This is such a deceitful company it defies logic and they talk a good game and have a good history in Delaware and Pennsylvania apparently. I wanted to love them but they’re bottom of the barrel high cost and completely deceptive - buyer beware - they will force funnel to close the deal usually at 300% markup then drop drop drop chop shop style just like the most ridiculous used car lot tactics

I responded to a contest for bathroom remodel on Facebook. I received an estimate from one company but wanted to compare prices. PJ Fitzpatrick called and I set up an appointment. The estimate was the same as the other. I only wanted an estimate so I was done. Not getting the work done from either. PJ Fitzpatrick asked if they could send someone to see if they could strike a better deal. I still didn’t like the price but wanted to keep the estimate for the 1 year price guarantee. They pressured me into applying for financing. I told them I would not have any work done before October 2026. I also made them aware that I knew that as a senior over 65 that I have 7 days to cancel my contract. I canceled the contract on the second day. I sent a letter to them and the finance company via certified mail return receipt requested . They received it timely and I got the receipt. I didn’t get my refund within the 10 days required by law. I called them several times since my July 7 cancellation. No one returned my calls. I got no letter acknowledging my cancellation. I have been ignored completely. They have not refunded my $1,000 deposit. My next steps are to file a complaint with MHIC and the Attorney General for Consumer Complaints DE.

I would advise anyone considering them to read the recent reviews carefully and seek estimates from other companies before making a decision. Based on our experience, I cannot consider this company honest, reliable, or trustworthy, and I would not recommend them.

Jacuzzi ads will connect you with P J Fitpatrick .We hired them to do some work in a small shower. Jennifer White came to take measurements and give an estimate. The shower door clearly showed it had two panels. One panel to stay in place the other one to open and close the shower door. The co came Oct 8th but the door Jennifer ordered was a large one panel door. Fitzpatrick said they would order the door and it would be installed by the end of Oct. I have not heard one word from them. I have called and was told they would call me but I am still waiting. When the installer was here on Oct 8 th he put up a temporary bar so I could hang a shower curtain there. He didn't supply a curtain and hooks. I guess I was supposed to buy them and have no use for them when a new door is installed. I have called this co several times wanting to know when are they going to complete the work they were paid over 15 thousand for . This co is ridiculous and apparently don't care about negative reviews or repeat customers. I'll never do business with them again and I will write negative reviews everyplace I can and never recommend them. I will warn others this company is terrible. They get a person's money and then ignore them!
