Looking for professional property management? Then bypass this company
Complete array of questionable property management services available at the wrong price. In my opinion it wouldn't surprise me if this company was rated the worst property management company in the state of NJ. County of Monmouth. They are great at sending out inconsequential emails, incomplete or wrong financial reports and thanx to incompetent HOA boards of trustees they get away with it. They have no regard for state and local statutes or other governing documents regulating HOA management. The are very good at ignoring them, I'll have to give credit where credit is due.
