We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your moving experience. We would like to clarify that Pinnacle Moving Group is a licensed moving broker, not a carrier. We do not own moving trucks or employ movers directly; instead, we arrange transportation through licensed carriers who perform the packing, loading, transportation, and delivery services. As a broker, our role is to coordinate the initial booking and facilitate communication with the assigned carrier. All pricing adjustments, on-site assessments, and service timelines are handled by the carrier once they arrive. If a carrier proposes changes to the cost based on actual inventory or services requested, that is determined by them and is outside of our control. Regarding your specific concerns, we recommend contacting the assigned carrier directly, as they are the party responsible for the on-site service and any requests for reimbursement. If you would like, we can provide you with the carrier’s full contact information to ensure your concerns are directed to the appropriate party. We take all customer feedback seriously and will also review this matter internally to ensure all communications and expectations are handled as clearly as possible in the future.

We understand your concerns regarding the last-minute change to your pickup date, the confusion about packing services, the unexpected stair fee, and the substantial increase in your final cost. We also regret that our communication throughout the process was not clear and that you felt unsupported when discussing your concerns post-move.
