Our second order was fine as well. We have ordered salt bricks twice, Salt granules twice for a total of 4 orders and 4 shipments. Each time everything was handled with care and brought to us in a very nice and timely manner.

Delivery service was excellent! All bricks were individually wrapped and none were cracked or broken. I did hire a professional to install the lighting and bricks since this was a commercial install and also secured them with custom framing. The lighting issue was not an issue at all after we told Salt Wall that we needed one of the lights replaced and they corrected it right away. I want to send a photo, because I am so happy with the salt wall(s) 💛
