If I had known how much they would be bugging me about how much other adult family members didn't wear or charge their devices I probably wouldn't have done it because they had a main contact person and it wasn't me and almost everytime I tried to help them by calling in they were rude. Wasn't really worth doing considering I wore n charged mine correctly. Sometimes device said I had way less points then it was suppose to cuz I had worn it all day at work.

Used to be much better. I was sent products to try and it was fun. Now I have only done one survey and nothing else is available. I prefer other sites.

Finger weg.

Pinecone Research used to be quite good. They would reliably send you surveys (I only qualified for 2 a month on average), their site was easy to navigate and the surveys worked. Since the beginning of 2020, though, I have gotten so few surveys that they've threatened deactivation on my account and when I try to apply for any of the surveys they do send, the site either doesn't work correctly (regardless of internet browser) or I get automatically disqualified from anything. I haven't completed a survey since Dec. 2020 because I get booted from any they send for completely unknown reasons. Sad, I used to really enjoy doing the surveys for Pinecone Research. Seems like it's gone the way of several other survey sites I've used in the past. I will say that I've had no problems getting payment when I do complete surveys, but I haven't done anything since they took PayPal away. I also have had no issues contacting their customer support, who were very nice and answered my questions when I got a random email last year from them. It's just a shame that there's no transparency as to why I'm constantly being denied survey opportunities when I was having NO problems prior to 2020.

It was OK but the constant phone calls to update profiles sometimes 3 calls a month is excessive. I believe there was an ulterior motive. After awhile it seemed like a scam with phone calls, and a different representative calling. I made sure we do not participate anymore.
