The order and delivery process went as expected. Unfortunately the pillow was too soft so I had to return it. Good news is that the return also was smooth.

Appears to be the exact pillow used in the IHG hotels. Maybe a little pricey but very nice pillows. Also had the protective covers to match. The order process was easy and product shipped and arrived on time.

I was able to order Choice Hotel pillows, no problem with the order.

I am very satisfied with my order. I will be ordering again.
