I will wait for genuine verified…
I will wait for genuine verified reviews before ordering as I always read 1 star reviews. If found to be authentic and genuine I will update my score.

Hello Joanne, We were quite surprised by your comments. After searching our customer database using your name, we were unable to find any order associated with you. As you mentioned yourself, you have not placed an order with us and are waiting for other customers' reviews before making a decision. While we fully respect your right to be cautious before purchasing, we find it difficult to understand why a 1-star review was posted despite having no personal experience with our products or service. We work very hard every day to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We would therefore kindly ask you to remove this review for now. We believe it would be much fairer to place an order first, evaluate your own experience, and then leave an honest review based on that experience. Thank you for your understanding.
