Have been dealing with Francisco/Mercasystems for 5 years and have only had perfect service. Very quick communication, very effective and high quality products for the improved welfare and well-being of animals. I think it takes about 4 days from Spain to UK.

The medication for my finch came well, though it was sent from another country... so we had to wait for it a couple of weeks ... packaged OK. Hope the medication to do well to my birdies. And what a pity that I could not order it through amazon from the company, they have next day delivery options...

Do not buy from these people…. You cant cancel an order even before it gets dispatched . After 10 emails to cancel an order 2 days later I get a message saying order dispatched. Also phone calls after phone calls no ones answers the phone or calls back after leaving countless messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
