I do not recommend Picasso Book Publisher
My experience was very disappointing. The editors appeared not to be native English speakers and seemed unfamiliar with basic editorial distinctions — developmental editing, line editing, and copyediting were not performed. They repeatedly sent my "final" manuscript back for my review, and each version was still full of errors. Their work amounted to basic formatting and a few minor punctuation fixes only. I ultimately had to terminate their services to find another publisher, and they refused to issue a refund.
