This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This company has no customer service! If you call during the times of 1pm to 6pm EST, which is what they publish (Sales / Support: (518) 618-4590 (1pm to 6pm EST)) on their website, you will get a snotty English call center. "I can take your name and number, but it's ten o'clock at night and they are closed." This is when I call at 3pm Eastern Time! IF you do get a call back they say it's due to a technical error, but over two years, it has happened EVERY time I've called. The ACTUAL customer service people I have spoken to have been dishonest and unprofessional.
