They delivered the product late
They delivered the product late. As I was travelling I asked them to redirect the shipment to Boulder CO and not to LA CA. They never responded to multiple emails and phone calls. So I did not get the presents in time to give for Christmas. They also do not say they are in UK and not USA and give false lead times.
