My wife and I visited PF Chang’s this afternoon. We both had the Mongolian Beef and rice bowl, pot stickers. The beef was tough to chew and the white rice was dry and not the ordinary sticky white rice. Our experience was disappointing. This was our first and most likely our last visit. First off, the prices are insane the quality of the food and the prep was deplorable for such a restaurant that gives one the impression of an upscale establishment. It’s hard to screw up steamed rice but they managed to do just that.

On 9/27/20 I picked up and order from the store at 215 E. I-20 Arlington Tx. When I got home my rice for my entree was missing and No lettuce for my wraps. I talked to the store manager John who assured me a refund. Today is 10/21/20 😳. I stay to far to go back up there.............really PF Chang ...

This use to be a place where I liked some of the food..... now?? It`s a place that I don`t like any of their food and way to expensive .

He needs any pfchangs for years so I thought I take my wife for our anniversary I think our marriage will last longer than pfchangs World Service dirty dirty bathrooms sad I don't see it lasting much longer pfchangs will not miss you

Went to 33176 The Falls. Horrible ! We have not been out for many months because of Covid-19 . Wait to get in 35 Min But that's OK, Normal ! Wail for first drink Mai-Tai 20 Minutes but girls got their drink in a few minutes. Bad Mai-Tai, No dark Rum, BAD ! Then first Appetizer shows up Crab-Rangoon but no plates or utensils for 5 minutes , what are We Supposed to use Our hands. Second app 15 minutes later. Then he takes Dinner order 45 minutes later They forgot My Brown Rice, They forgot her Soup Dinner no utensils Had to borrow my wife's fork. It took so long for all food to show up and I was so mad I had to go take a nap in truck. Then mediocre Entree was ready. The waiter didn't come back to check on us while we waited. I will not go again ! I tipped $0.00 , I have never Done That. I also watched them wipe off table with Dirty rag and re-use table, Gross ! I also explained to the waiter what he did wrong and he said it was the kitchen ! Worthless ! at any Price $

This is review is for the Restaurant at Winter Park on 09/20/2020 My friend and I went to have lunch hoping to have a beautiful time after all these months of pandemic and unfortunately it was not. First hostess was not friendly at all, I requested for booth seating and she was rude with her answer. I let it go, maybe she was having a bad day. We were seated and then server comes and introduced herself, asked us for what are we going to drink, so she brought our drinks, all fine. My friend and I asked ourselves, what about menus we do not have nothing. Server comes and asked what are we eating, we replied that we do not have any menu, so she explained that they don’t have menu and we have to use our phones. I had mine but my friend did not, so she requested a paper menu, server said (with an expression that she was being bother by it) not all in the menu is available! She went to get it, brought it and toss it on the table to my friend. No manners, not courtesy! She brought the food almost tossing the plates to us, left and we didn’t have silverware to eat, I had to called her to request it. Food was not that good, noodles were over cooked and had a lot of grease. Over all bad experience, I will not come back, specially with those young people working that they don’t know how to treat customers, and management don’t do nothing about it, I guess is true that “servers are what management is” reflexion of them.

I called in my order and when I went to pick it up all was great. Until I got home my order was all wrong. I spent 106.00 and got the wrong food. There customer service sucked and they won't replace my food. I will never eat here again.

This is not in reference to the restaurant. but to the package food. Bought Brocolli y Beef at Target in Vegas, when I opened the package there was 4 small pieces of brocolli and all meat. Where is the brocolli. State on package add brocolli. Not worth 7.00
