Amazing customer service. I sent a package of treats to my pets’ mailbox and when it arrived, it was a brand that doesn’t sit well with my poodle. I contacted their customer service team and got a super quick response. They immediately fixed the issue and not only sent a replacement but also gave us an additional package of treats for free just for our troubles. This is what I call service.

We purchased a toy subscription for 6 months to be shared by our 2 huskies. I must say, I am more than satisfied with this service thus far. I may have to order another to stop them from wrestling over the chew toys every month. A++ service.
