Thank you, Jane. That means a lot!!
Our move coordinator, Brenda Maple, made my Frenchy's move from Arizona to Germany as simple as possible. Through great communication and quick handling, she really met up to our needs above and beyond!

PetsFly were absolutely fantastic in supporting our move to the Middle East. Despite us changing our travel destination twice due to job changes, the PetsFly team remained incredibly flexible and responsive. They quickly researched and confirmed the updated import requirements for each new country, which gave us great peace of mind. Throughout the process, Brenda kept us well-informed, promptly addressed any concerns, and ensured both of our large dogs arrived safely and comfortably. Her professionalism and dedication were truly appreciated. We’re so grateful for all the support and would highly recommend PetsFly to anyone planning an international move with their pets. They made a potentially stressful experience smooth and manageable. Thank you, PetsFly!

This transport for my two dogs started in Costa Rica and ended extremely well in Chicago. My 12 year lab and my adopted Tico street dog were leaving Costa Rica and moving with me to Illinois. We had snags in the Health Certificate paperwork due to mistakes made by the local Costa Rican vet but Brenda stepped up and had a workaround that satisfied the customs and importers. I received photos of my dogs while they were boarded, when they were in transit and when they had some play time. Everything just fell into place and my dogs arrived clean, healthy and happy. This is the company to use for any Pet transport. They will not let you down. Thank-you to Katie and Brenda and all the team members in Costa Rica, Toronto and Chicago. Well Done!

Brenda was an absolute gem to work with! She was always very quick to respond to any and all questions we had about the process and worked very closely with our dog's vet to ensure all appropriate appointments were scheduled and documents prepared as required. Ireland is a moving target with what's required for pets to move and she stayed on top of all of that! Dana was so lovely at pickup for our dog - he was very calm around her which is saying a lot for a rambunctious lab! We thought all services and communications were well worth the money spent to ensure our first born made it safely to our new home.

Dear Nicole, Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience working with Brenda. She truly is dedicated to ensuring every pet's journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible, and it’s wonderful to know that her attention to detail and quick communication made a difference for you. We’re also happy to hear that your pup felt at ease with Dana during pickup – that's exactly the kind of care and comfort we strive to provide. Moving internationally can be a challenge, and we’re grateful you trusted us to help your first born make it safely to your new home in Ireland. Wishing you and your family all the best in this exciting new chapter! Warm regards, Katie Petsfly.com Customer Care Team
They handled everything! Professional, caring, and timely, they kept us informed of everything from the beginning to end. They flew our two cats from Phoenix, AZ to Nice, France. They arranged for all documentation, even arranged our purchase of proper carriers, including personal delivery of them to our house.

My dog and cat are our sun moon and earth. Jeni and Brenda from Petsfly both acknowledged this fact and went above and beyond to help me navigate stringent pet importation laws complicated by airline policy changes in the middle of our processes. They were patient with me while I panicked (which I am wont to do) over the wellbeing of my babies. Even in the end, when one of the airlines dropped the ball and almost caused everything to fall apart, they stuck with me and helped make things happen. Now my babies are safely in quarantine in our new country of residence. Thank you Jeni and Brenda - and everyone at Petsfly.
