I had an issue with the pump fountain and their customer service is amazing!!

I purchased through the petlibro website and it was easy and user friendly. My products came quickly, nicely packaged. The water capsule fountain set up was a breeze. I YouTubed the automatic cat feeder and so the setup for that was easy too. Everything is working great and I recommend these products.
