I have ordered the polar wet food feeder from the EU store on the 21st of July. It is the 6th of August now. They said it would be 3 business days. I have not received my order and nobody is answering my emails. Or instagram messages. Very poor service! Do not order here if you want to receive your package. It seems like a scam since nobody is answering anymore

Bin gerade im Umtauschprozess für meinen Trinkbrunnen und habe das Gefühl ich werde echt veräppelt. Erst bekomme ich eine Mail dass es aufgrund der Zufriedenheitsgarantie immer möglich ist zurück zu schicken und dass sie nur rausfinden wollen ob es ein technischer Garantieanspruch (ohne Versand) oder einfach eine Unzufriedenheit ist (versand selbst zahlen). Ich mache Videos, schicke Fotos von dem Brunnen, packe ihn ein und jetzt wollen sie mir ständig nur noch Ersatzteile aufschwatzen ?! Was soll das? Ich will das Gerät nicht und haltet euch bitte an eure Versprechungen! Muss ich echt DAFÜR den Anwalt einschalten? Ich empfehle dort nicht zu bestellen, es kostet mehr Nerven als es wert ist.

Halten Sie nicht an das 30-tägige Rückgaberecht! Vorsicht vor den Nassfutterautomaten, diese sind unerträglich laut, die Stecker werden unglaublich heiß und das Futter im Teller wird viel zu kalt!!! Von den Teilen geht nach meinem empfinden eine große Gefahr aus für Mensch und Tier.

They do not standby their product's warranty, which is a shame because that's illegal in US and I'm sure in EU too.

To claim the warranty, we will need the below information: 1. An order receipt from our authorized sellers/platforms. 2. Keep the product before we verify the defect. Please know that we cannot offer a warranty for products purchased from unauthorized, second-hand, or offline discount stores, as we cannot ensure the product was working when it was given or sold or there has been adequate or proper maintenance and modification. I'm adding to my previous review of one star. Please. Note.. If you want to return the the feeder, they charge you a $14 shipping fee. They do not tell you this in their return policy!!! Very poor company to deal with.

I am so disappointed in this company. A friend of mine whose pet recently passed away gave me her Grany Pet Feeder with Camera. I haven't been able to connect it to the app or wifi, or bluetooth. I contacted them and they are asking for receipt of proof of purchase. What kind of company only serves those who have receipts?

Stay away from the company I have a damaged item that I received emailed them 10 days ago heard nothing back also instagram messages them all messages have been read and ignored before any of the your team decide to comment back I will put them up very unprofessional avoid at all cost!!!!

Purchased glacier in Feb, in May stopped working £80+ down the drain. Contacted the company after many emails of doing many things they asked , send them a video and since never heard back. Do not purchase from this company , there products are cheap quality. No support at all.
