I had an issue with my feeder, so contacted the support team. They responded to my claim within 5 minutes and all further responses were answered so quickly; the issue was resolved and a new feeder order/dispatched with an hour or so of making the initial enquiry. I’ve been loving the product, aside from this little hiccup, but this experience means that I’m confident with carrying on using it, as I know that if any other issues come about (which I think is unlikely), that it’d be sorted quickly and efficiently. Absolute 10/10 on customer service!

The customer service team was very helpful in trouble shooting and resolving my feeder issues. I love this product because it gives me the ability to have more that one cat as my oldest cat can only eat vet prescribed food while my other cats have sore bought food.

Ich bin mit der PETLIBRO Luma Katzentoilette sehr zufrieden. Am Anfang war es etwas schwierig, weil meine Katze die neue Katzentoilette erst kennenlernen musste. Sie war anfangs etwas vorsichtig und neugierig. Ich habe ihr Zeit gegeben und sie nicht gedrängt. Schon nach zwei Tagen hat sie die Katzentoilette ganz alleine benutzt und sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Seitdem funktioniert alles problemlos. Die PETLIBRO Luma ist einfach zu bedienen, sieht modern aus und hält die Toilette sauber. Meine Katze fühlt sich wohl und ich bin ebenfalls sehr glücklich. Der Kauf hat sich für mich wirklich gelohnt. Ich kann die PETLIBRO Luma allen Katzenbesitzern empfehlen, auch wenn die Eingewöhnung am Anfang etwas Geduld erfordert.
