chewy delivers overnight...you said it would deliver the next day also..but it was deliver the day after that

Shipments are always on time but Everytime I order, the price goes up.

It takes too long to receive order and if it was a Chewy order that wouldn’t be an issue.

I really love petflow, but the recent partnership with Zak George has left a bad taste. It’s one thing to sponsor a trainer, however, when you go as far to say that using tools like prong collars, chains, and ecollars shouldn’t be used on dogs, you offend many of your customers. Me included. Just because Zak chooses to use different tools doesn’t mean that those using tools Zak disagrees with mare harming their dogs or are wrong for using them. Maybe reconsider your message. Do your research on all the tools available and how they can be used to save dogs lives. We should be supportive of people who take the time to train their dogs.

I am still waiting on a shipping label to return an item.

I was happy with finding the food I wanted for my puppy. Like the auto ship option. Was not satisfied with the silicone cola psi le bowl...it cracked after two uses!

Your prices are good, service is good, but you send TOO DAMN MANY EMAILS!!! I have one cat that I order food from about every three months and I get an email almost every day. I'm going to unsubscribe because of that, and will probably end up getting my next bag from someone else. Please leave me alone!!!!!
