Service on telephone is great and delivery is very fast. I only gave four stars because I would like to create an account to order online and I have not been able to do that. If I try to set up new account it tells me email address already registered. So I then tried to reset password - it then tells me email is not registered,sign up today - which as I said I tried and it won't let me.

Great products and reliable shipping, but they make cancellations unnecessarily difficult and complicated.

Great delivery. Good selection of foods. Good reminders that shipment date is approaching in time to modify orders. Not always easy to modify delivery dates or quantities, but better than it used to be. Still could use some UI improvements.

Initially several years ago delivery times were 24 to maybe 36 hrs. Before Covid delivery times slipped to 48-72 hrs or longer. With covid 7 day week or longer to receive products.This needs to be resolved, I'm finding that I have to plan for a 3 month supply line, just in case manufactures can not deliver there products to distributors such as Petflow. What has happened?

I’ve been using Petflow for several years. For a while I was doing automatic shipping but stopped because they didn’t carry the new food I needed for my dog. Now they have it and I’m back to being a regular customer. Their customer service is great and I can always reach a live and helpful person unlike Amazon where, particularly during COVID, there has been zero réponse.

When I place an order, it takes close to two weeks to get it. Either you need to order really before you need it or check some other pet companies
