good experience - nothing wrong.

I have been receiving automatic deliveries since 2013 and have been very pleased until this past month. I went to my account to change the time of my deliveries, due to acquiring another dog, only to find that there were no deliveries scheduled for me. I have no idea why since I had not cancelled my orders. Anyway, I had to reorder and request automatic deliveries once again. Meanwhile, I had to find the right brand of kibble locally. Now that I have things reordered I will continue to purchase from Pet Flow. Delivery is great and the price is comparable.

Petflow is very convenient, with competitive pricing. We’ve had great experiences overall.

Great site, but they have no sales. People like a discount once and awhile. Makes you feel appreciated. Chewy however has lots of sales.

I want to give 5 stars, but actually I should only give 1 star, read on to find out what I mean. when my two bags of dog food arrived both bags had holes in them, and one hole had tape on it which means someone knew about the hole before putting it in the box. I called the company right away and without hesitation they shipped two new bags out. Bad judgement by one idiot worker should not stain the whole company, which is why they deserve 4 stars.

Fast delivery to my door .

Great service. Easy to navigate the site and make changes to auto ship orders. Speedy shipping, even during COVID. Selection can be a little a slim leaving me to have to look at other sites for more specific items.
