I love petflow. They have the best customer service and such fast delivery! Prices are pretty good too. I do wish you offered more discounts to those of us that have auto delivery. I can at least order separately to get an occasional discount. But regular deliveries would be huge help, if discounted. Also, it would be nicer if i could cancel my autoship online, instead of calling. Sometimes we go elsewhere as we often receice a 3, 10, or$15 coupon. You guys are so convenient to order from.

Extremely convenient. Lots of choices. The only time I had to deal with customer service due to an order error on my part readily available and extremely accommodating. Why not five stars? I’m a tough grader.

We received our shipment with everything in it, but the box had opened and had to be taped up. We had 25+ pounds of food and toys in it, so it probably could have been packed more securely.

The only issue is trying to change the products in a scheduled order. You hav to call. You should be able to do it online.

My first order so far so good. Great selection good prices quick ship. keep up good work.
