Great company and customer service but packaging is a mess. Bags are always arriving busted. Like every other item I order is damaged. I even lowered the amount of items in our auto ship in hopes that if they weren’t shoving as many things in a box, they wouldn’t bust. They really need to work in packaging if they want to keep their customers!

I have always brought Petflow but the last couple times they offer free treats for dogs but are never delivered

I love doing business with you but what is bothering me is you can't change or cancel your auto delivery except by phone. It's a sneaky way to hang onto a customer. I am not happy about that. Otherwise shipping is fast and prices are fine.

One of the few places I can get Fromm for my dogs. Price is okay and delivery is spotty. Sometimes it’s fast, sometimes it’s slow.

Your processing and delivery is very slow by Chewy or Amazon standards. Nope, it did not take weeks to arrive but it was more than just a few days.... and the box was falling apart.... Maybe a FedEx issue?

One bag of food expires in 2021. My second bag expires in couple months. Leads me to believe the food is old and has been sitting somewhere. Most of the retail stores have longer expiration dates. Don’t know if I’ll be ordering again.
