The product is great, the service is fantastic but, I have to many damaged dog food cans once delivered. The packing needs to improve. Out of 4 cases delivery before last I had 11 badly dented cans that I refused to use. I donated them. This needs improvement or I will have to find my product elsewhere.

I have been very pleased with the speed at which my Petflow orders are delivered. But also a bit disappointed that the rawhide chew sticks that my dog loves (and are made in USA) don't seem to be available any longer.

The order turnaround and delivery time was very quick. The only issue I had was the bags of food and biscuits were dirty. If I was in a store, I would not purchase in that condition

I appreciate most everything about PetFlow with a couple exceptions. One of my biggest issues is the shipping boxes. I buy a 24-lb bag of dog food. The boxes used to ship are flimsy and don't stand up to the handling. It is just not the shipper's fault. I already mentioned to PetFlow once and they put on the label "Handle with care" under my name. That didn't work. Last shipment box was bent in many places and busted open. Shipper had to tape it all up. Bottom line. GET HEAVIER BOXES to stand up to what is being shipped. Not sure what they use for heavier shipments, but certainly not pleased with how my shipments arrive.

My prescription order is always in stock, and I appreciate the fact that they take the reins, in calling the vet to approve it. I didn’t give five stars, because I wasn’t notified this last time, in a timely fashion, that my vet hadn’t approved the order. Once she did, however, the order came through.

Everything arrived in two seperate lots on two different days with a weekend between. The email was confusing because it indicated everything had arrived the first day. But staff cleared it up when I emailed to question. However, when the second batch arrived two of the boxes had busted open inside and scattered everything all over the box.
