Items have gotten very expensive. Auto-ship is impossible to cancel online. I called to cancel auto-ship and was required to explain why I was canceling which didn’t bother me as much as the warning of “if you cancel now you won’t get the discount again” Are you kidding me? I used the auto-ship for the convenience more than for the discount which is not really that much!

We use auto delivery, with established ship dates. 50% of the time our orders ship well after the scheduled date, & no one can tell us exactly what the new ship date will be. Best to set a date well before you actually need it. We've had to buy substitute food locally to make up for late deliveries, on multiple occasions.

I have ordered here twice, each time cans of cat food. Plus: Prices not the lowest, but very reasonable with holiday coupon. Plus: Delivered within a week, around christmas time. Neutral: Food good for 6 months from delivery date. This could be better. Minus: After several attempts to establish an online account, they still do not send the verification email or recognize the password they let me set. Minus: This makes it difficult to communicate or re-order. Minus: The first shipment arrived relatively unscathed. The second one had smashed cans and the air pockets the used for cushioning had completely deflated. This is a major no-go for me with regards to pet food suppliers.

The dog food I ordered took longer than I expected to arrive so I had to buy another bag locally as a result. But what really bothers me is that when I called PetFlow to fond out when the dog food would ship, the CSR was intentionally evasive and wouldn't give me a straight answer. Even after I told her I didn't appreciate her being evasive she still was evasive!

I was looking for a product that I have had difficulty finding in stock but according to PetFlow, they had it. After 6 days I emailed them as I didn’t have shipping confirmation yet and wanted to make sure there wasn’t an issue since if there was I needed to find another company who still had the food. They responded to me quickly and told me there was no issue and the order was at the warehouse and would be shipped out in the next day or two. Finally 8 days after my initial order, I was told they didn’t have the product and wouldn’t be charged. I appreciated their quick response but didn’t like being left to scramble after being told it was all set.

I enjoy your site very much but the only drawback I don't appreciate dealing with is the fact that you will not allow a visitor to cancel a subscription order unless they speak or chat with someone from your company. There are too many other websites that make it convenient to do that.

They no longer carry the size bag of my preferred dog food so I had to switch brands. Now they have my autoship changed to a small bag of my original and that won’t work for me having 3 dogs so I guess I will have to cancel my auto ship and order it from Amazon
