Products were as described but shipping took forever to get not sure if it was from virus stuff or not but needed it in a hurry as was almost out and didn’t realize it would take so long as it didn’t give a ship date..

The box that was just delivered was smashed and broken open. The bag itself appears to be intact.

I was not able to obtain the product. They stated that there was an issue with contacting the vet. Since this is a prescription, I ordered the product from another vendor. They were able to contact the vet same day. The product was delivered within the same week. I have a copy of the prescription and was told by PetFlow to mail. One, if I mailed it, I would then be without a prescription. Two, mailing would have delayed even longer. Normally, you can scan or provide the numbers to support the purchase. Thanks

Shipping took longer than was advertised, it was supposed to be a 2 day ship. I put some of the blame on my vet, being swamped and under staffed because of the Covid-19. And some on FedEx. Anytime I have gotten packages delivered by them they are NEVER on time, always two or more days late. FedEx stated a 3/31/2020 by end of day delivery and it arrived on 4/3/2020.

Prices tend to be high. Came back to order a second time and prices were double. shipping was slow. orders from other merchants came timely.
