3 1/2 stars. Pricing varies and is generally higher than Chewy.com but better than local stores such as Petco and PetSmart. Does offer the food of choice for our dogs whereas that "other on-line guy" does not. Turnaround for orders is terrific.

This review may not be fair due to Covid-19 effects on shipping times etc. but it took a week and 2 days to receive our dog food when it only took 2 days our first order. The cost of food was not cheap either which may not have anything to do with PETFLOW so we are giving 3 stars.

Competitive prices, good shipping, good selection. I do not like the auto ship program because you have to call customer service to cancel it where as on Chewy you can manage it yourself on their website & cancel whenever you want with a click.

The only knock i had was that I had to call to see if my order was on its way. No one informed me of a tracking number or anything. Just need a little better communication through email or phone

I was having trouble locating Royal Canaan prescription food for my dog. I keep asking about its availability and I kept getting and no answer. Pet flow kept telling me they had to wait for Royal Canaan to tell them if it was available. Then they gave me Royal Canaan 800 number and told me to call to find out for its availability which I did, but wasn’t that pet flow’s job? Yes I think it was. I found out that the 25 pound bag was not available but the 17 was and then I had to call Pat flow back and tell them I was having trouble locating ROyal Canin prescription food for my dog. I keep asking about its availability and I kept getting in no answer. Petflow kept telling me they had to wait for Royal Canaan to tell them if it was available. Then they gave me Royal Canaan 800 number and told me to call to find out for its availability which I did, but wasn’t that pet flows job? Yes I think it was. Then finally after that approval they shipped it to me… So forgive me but I don’t think that’s good customer service. I think it was up to pet flow to call Royal Canaan to get the information not me the customer

Super easy to get delivery of food, but some things should be improved. Added some prescription treats to regular delivery order and vet approved, but received note from PetFlow they couldn’t get them in, so they canceled my entire order, food included. So I tried placing a separate one time order for the treats, and they arrived in 2 days. Makes no sense, and also didn’t get my regular delivery of food. Changing an upcoming order date, skipping one, or delaying it is confusing on the website, and I’m a former computer programmer! Options need to be more simple and clear. However, I continue to use PetFlow because I feel like instead of spending all their extra money on advertising, I get it in savings and consistency. Even recommended to my parents and they use PetFlow now too.

Service is timely with auto-delivery. However, there is not a real discount with that other than free shipping.

The item I ordered was apparently out-of-stock but the website never indicated that critical information when I placed the order. It wasn’t until after I sent a message inquiring about the delivery did I find out it was out-of-stock. That’s frustrating.
