I had trouble ordering on line. I had trouble handling your website, and your "I am not a robot" feature was annoying. The person who assisted me, however, couldn't have been nicer, and she finally courteously took my order verbally. I hope you do something about the website before I next have to order. I am handicapped and need to shop for my Shelties on line.

I should have heeded the other reviews. I did to the extent of not doing autoship, but the coupon codes have exclusions that cover most everything, the package took a long time to arrive (it ain’t Chewy) and the package was all beat up. If chewy still had Fromm and Orijen/Acana I’d never order from anyone else,

Ordered a product, got email it was processed. Then another email about it being delayed. Then I called the company and there was no knowledge of when it would be shipped, because the warehouse does not communicate well- that is what I was told. Then I was told it would be coming out of Las Vegas (I am in NY) and they had no idea when it would be shipped, and AFTER it shipped it would take 4-5 more days..I canceled the order. This was for dog food, so no, I can't wonder when it will arrive. This is no Chewy...

good selection. misleading “site wide!” sales. very slow deliveries and customer service not very helpful. I reciently ordered the wrong size canned cat food, but opened the plastic wrap. I was told because of this it was not returnable or exchangeable. so I opened a can and not one of my 7 cats would touch it. called again and was told there was nothing that could be done. I’ve been a customer of yours since 2012-13? and I’m about ready to stop. also, when you keep sending junk email that says “SITE WIDE SALE!” own up to your words. offer your loyal customers something other than a sale on friggen toys. a coupon for food that I always buy would be nice once in a while, after being a customer for 6 years.

Too many phone calls to customer service and unnecessary follow up by me on an RX order that ultimately got cancelled. Very poor customer service. Everyone was pleasant but incompetent. Never again. I had a similar order filled with Chewy in less than 24 hours the delivery is shipped.
