Customer service was great. We had purchased the same product from a different distributor several times. That particular food was out of stock. We then found you great people. Everything went smoothly, however your arrival time to a customers house takes about twice as long. I will have to make an adjustment when I do the ordering. Thank you.

I have a small dog and the only thing I would ask ion many of the plush toys you would tell us what size dog they are for, some o the toys are a little too big for him you can't always tell by their pictures, but he still enjoys playing with his toys.

I get my dog food from fromms family. pet flow delivers. I give them a 5 star but on more then one occasion the wet food cans I ordered were dented badly and the boxes the food came in got wet since they leave them outside by the front door. I know the food is protected by the bag that manufacturer puts the food in but I worry about dampness, humidity causing mold in the food. I transfer the food into a sealed container inside the house.

I love Petflow--- I used to use Chewy, but where they are owned by PetSmart. If you’re like most compassionate animal guardians, you’re careful never to buy your animal-care supplies from stores like PetSmart, Petco, and Pet Supplies Plus, which sell animals who have been raised in hellish mass-breeding mills or torn away from their homes and families in nature. Online animal-supply retailers might seem like a good alternative, but buyer beware: Many are owned by companies that support the cruel pet trade. Buying products from Chewy now means lining the pockets of companies that are responsible for tremendous systemic cruelty to small animals. Petflow, on the other hand, DONATES food to animal shelters with every sale. Therefore, I don't mind that they are a bit more in $ than Chewy.

the bag of dog food came ruptured and dumped all over the garage. Waiting to see if there will be any solution to the problem.

This is a good company to buy from. I just have problems navigating the website trying to use auto ship but have difficulty making changes to the auto ship. My current order is "incomplete" because I can't get it into auto ship!
