My Peflow shipment is always on time. But the boxes are consistently damaged by being overloaded and not sturdy enough. Often the shipping service has had to tape the boxes back together because they have burst open. I realize that the shipping is discounted. But I would pay more to have sturdy boxes with my products intact.

I changed to PetFlow when the other company I've been ordering from did not have my items in stock twice. Quick shipping. Reasonable prices.

How about free shipping for under 50.00 More like 35 minimum

The prices are good, but not great. Free shipping makes the difference. You are always pushing subscriptions. I received an e-mail about 25% off any order over $100. Nowhere did it mention I had to enter into an obligation, my term for subscription, to receive it.

Easy to order, prices comparable. Delivery was quick but my box was very damaged. Looked like it fell apart and retapped and was not very well done, I could see what was inside. Thankfully all items were ok.
