Second time items were packed in box that is too small, arrives with smashed items and broken boxes.

This is one of many times I have received dented and crushed cans. Shipping is fast and customer service is always great in taking care of it by replacing the cans, but this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time.

I absolutely despise how the 10% autoship shows up right away when I place my order. Every time, I cannot customer service to find out how to get rid of it. My blood pressure is sky high. I wouldn't use this company because of it, but there is 1 kibble I get there. This 10% is trying to trick the customer. It's hard to be loyal.

Placed an order January 12th. It is now the 24th and still haven’t received my order. I am not getting much in the way of updates and I had to go buy puppy food at the store (not the brand I would like to feed my dog). Will just go back to ordering on Amazon and getting my order in 2 days

Was well satisfied with product, but I put it on automatic delivery every month and the next month they sent email was out of stock, when you depend on a delivery on time for feed for your animals , poor business

I ordered a case of wet dog food. Twice I got just one can Sent to me instead of a case of 12. I had to call two times to get this right but both times they were really helpful and understanding. The second time I called they made sure to tell the warehouse the shipping mistake.

After receiving a promotional email on 12/28/23 for $25 off an order of $100 or more, I submitted an online order for $146 of cat food and used the promo code; however the promo code was rejected with a statement that it had previously been used. A PetFlow representative emailed me that I had used this promo code on 9/30/22, which I had forgotten. I was sent a new promo code for 15% off, which I appreciate and used to complete my order. However, I do not appreciate being sent a promo code which doesn't work when I try to take advantage of it. I do appreciate the rapid response and 15% off coupon. Also, the two cases of prescription food arrived intact, whch has not always been the case with past orders. This time the packaging had improved. On one past occasion, my order was packed in a box that was too large, and several cans of cat food were damaged to where the contents had oozed out of the cans.
