One issue is that the Kong brand duck toys should have been noted EXTRA EXTRA SMALL. Our dog is only 8lbs but these toys are too small for him to play with safely. Additionally, it is hard to get into your website if you do not set up an account.

I found out about PetFlow from a friend. I’ve made one order which was easy. The cat litter I chose is a great litter. It’s called Worlds Best Litter. The only hiccup has nothing to do with petflow but the icy weather causing a delay in delivery.

I have not received the product yet. It is not your fault. FedEx has held up about 300miles away, for four day's now

Important information! Please read It was greatly appreciated that when I received a bag of opened dog food it was replaced! However it seems it is a factory issue . When looking at the front of the bag Fromms white fish and potato the fold in at the top of the bag on the right still has an open area. Appears it is resulting from their sealing process over heating and burning the seal out at the seam .

Although it was a bit annoying to have to "verify" my order with a phone call to the company, they were very nice and I wasn't on hold for eons. The products I ordered came quickly and in decent shape (the dog bones were rather broken - but not too excessively). I would recommend this company
