Got the product reasonably soon and comparatively priced

Customer service was excellent. The dog food arrived late due to the inclement weather, but otherwise, I was satisfied.

Received product damaged, and did not get a refund and they are out of stock so can't replace it! So not cool! ***UPDATE*** The company did end up giving me a refund for my damaged food. So that has me feeling better. Each person I would speak to had different ways to settle the matter and I finally got someone who refunded me my money. Thank you, finally!

Unfortunately the item that I had ordered was on backorder and then cancelled by PetFlow because they weren't sure when and if it was coming in.. Other than that they handled the order and cancellation well.

I am happy overall with the experience. The reason why I didn’t give a 5 star review is because when I chose a date for my dog’s food I thought it was the delivery date not shipping date. It should be specified for us new clients. I’m happy with everything else so I’ll be ordering more from them now they u know this information.

Items took a little longer to arrive than expected but weather was a factor . Everything was delivered in excellent condition.

Good selection and fast delivery.

Petflow gets 4 stars from me! Helpful, professional customer service , just wish they were opened on the weekend!
