Very happy new customer moved over from chewy. Order took a bit longer than I expect and I did not get updates but I’m happy.

Great service quick shipping but don’t always have the supply I am looking for not because it’s out of stock but because they just don’t carry it. On the flip side, they carry certain brands other pet supply companies don’t. So it’s 6 on way 1/2 dozen the other. If I could have given a 4.5 I would have.

I made an order for the first time but I never recieved it. Fedex sent me a snarky email saying they left it at the front door. I was there at the date and time they said they delivered it, we also have video cameras at the front and back door and Fedex was never there. Needless to say I was pretty peeved but Petflow refunded my money. I think they need to have a talk with Fedex.

Shopping experience and prices at Pet Flow were great. Packaging and shipping was very slow compared to other online suppliers. Took 2 days to get a shipping notice and an additional 9 days after that for the product to be delivered.

Good prices and availability. I thought the shipping was slow, Fed Ex ground not PetFlow. A larger competitor, not Amazon ships free (above $45 and it gets here in 1 to 2 days. My cats Royal Canin food seems to be in short supply in most areas, so I was glad PetFlow had it.

Delivered when promised right to the door. We have been using this brand since we adopted our pup a year and a half ago. He's thriving, full of energy, and has a very, very shiny coat.

Ordered the Taste of the Wild wet dog food through Pet Flow because it wasn’t available from Amazon at anywhere near a reasonable price. The order processing was smooth and unencumbered. Delivery was reasonably fast and FREE! I suggest you try them..
