The packaging of dog food and treats needs improvement. Many times I have received broken biscuits due to lack of protection. Finally I called and company is replacing five packages. The shipping department procedures need to be reviewed and revised. This is the last time I will order from Petflow if things aren’t corrected.

Petflow is too high priced, and whenever they send me a coupon, it's for treats - and treats only. All year long, treats, treats, treats. How many treats can one cat eat? Where are the coupons for food? I usually use Chewy, but they don't sell Orijen, however I was in Petco today and they sell Orijen for $5 less.

I honestly only use petflow because their food is slightly cheaper than other sites. But only slightly cheaper. If you have an auto ship option, you can’t remove stuff without calling in and being on hold to have them change it. So instead of quickly changing something out online I have to call in. Also, my vet told me to change my dogs food because of an allergy. I wanted to try a small bag to see if she would eat it and couldn’t make the switch and also had to pay shipping for the small bag where as if it was on my auto ship it would have been free. It makes no sense really. Chewy has better customer service and a better system.

Took 11 days to get my ordered items.

I’m rating this a poor due to shipping issues. One shipment had 18 out of 24 cans mildly to severely dented. The second shipment had a few cans dented but one can had broken open and food was coming out. Both times I contacted customer service and was reimbursed. They also asked me to email pictures to the shipping company. So far I have done this twice with no response.
