For some strange reason, every time I call Petflow, the call does not go through. A recording comes on that says “your call cannot be completed as dialed,” and I copy and paste the phone number directly from the site! So so frustrating. I have to resort to the chat feature. Id much rather talk with someone on the phone.

The price is right and it’s very easy to navigate your website and AutoShip is also very convenient but mainly price is what keeps me coming back.

No more running to the store to find out they are out of dog food! Additionally, I live in a rural area and Fromm is not available. I am able to give my dogs a better brand with delivery. Petflow is very convenient and they have never been late!
