I don’t have a problem so much with Petflow, but my last order of can dog food had several cans with pretty bad dents. It wasn’t just the cans on the outer sides, it was also some on the inside packaging.

I mean we got what we needed. This was our first purchase and I just wish we could have had a first timer discount not only if we were to do automatic shipping. Maybe a 10% for first timers and 20% first timer auto shipping.

Shipping was a lot slower then I thought it was going to be. I got a shipping email within 48 hours. However, it was at least 3-5 days before FedEx actually picked it up.

I love the convenience of the automatic refill but you lose the perks and sales on the website. For example, I had am order over $200 for my auto ship. I get on the website the day it was supposed to ship and there was a $40 off when you spend $199+. I called Add they wouldn't let me add the credit to my order. They were supposed to give it to me for a future purchase but haven't given me the credit and it's been more than a month.

I ordered some dog food for my pups. The natural weather caused delays and we couldn’t get the food to us, which is not PetFlows fault except for the fact they have 2 warehouses (they let you know that... and that one is functioning even when the other isn’t) and could have shipped out of the other warehouse to get people their product in my opinion. Customer service was great except I did get some contradictions when I called 4 different times to see where and when product would get to me. In other unfortunate news, even when my package did ship and said it was delivered, it isn’t actually here. Again, not sure if it was the fault of PetFlow or now FedEx, but as a first time user and someone who needed the service it’s been quite sometime with no product still and I’m sad about it. Not sure if it’s unfortunate circumstances, disorganization on their end, compete and utter chance, but it’s been a lot of work on my end to keep checking in with them after I paid and still don’t have the product. Of course, willing to attempt again, but initially, not my most favorite experience.

This is the second time that our order for dog food seemed to go into never never land. It kept saying that our shipping information went to Fedex on the 4th but it took almost 5 days for it to be shipped. I must say that response I received from the customer service representative was excellent!!!
