My dogs love your pizzle sticks but often you are out of them and they are on back order. When that happens, I shouldn’t have to find them in another size and quickly order them. I should be offered the option of ordering another size to fill in.

Food donations to animals in need. Great, competitive prices.

Customer rep was great. Just disappointed that shipment did not go out on the appointed day. So now I may have to scramble to find that food in the immediate area and believe me that is not easy. Petflow, you let me down.😢

Great communication and updates on the progress of the shipment. Unfortunately, the medicine boxes were crushed because they were sent in a mailer envelope instead of a box.

Good customer service. Website cumbersome and not very user friendly. Good variety of products.

available products others do not have. the incentives and discounts are great. I like the advanced warning for my autoships. What i don't like is the long processing time and how long it takes to ship compared to other companies.
