I had a very good experience purchasing from Pet Flow. Almost everything came in on time. I am still waiting for an item. The ones that came in were packed extremely well. I will be buying from them again!

Last experience I had with petflow staff after it has been owned by Phillips Corp., was far different from the warm, sincere staff of the original company. These people have no compunctions about boldly lying if it suits their convenience to justify what they say. They are fooling no one. I put up with it because of the discount. It's no longer because I'm loyal to petflow, but simply a monetary relationship. Their delivery is accurate and reliable, and resolution of discrepancies is quick and satisfactory. Good products. They're always backordered on IAMS perfect portions chicken pate.

The only thing keeping this from being 5 star, is the shipping. It took a week to arrive. I've ordered from other pet supply places and I get my delivery within the next day or two...for free.

Love the customer service and thrilled they carry the brand we use. Only borderline issue I have is that the kibble smelled almost rancid. Most likely the boxes got hot in transit.

What I received was great. But part of my order was no longer available and I just wish I’d known that before I ordered it. I wasn’t charged but still I ordered from you because you needed that item

Faster delivery is the only thing that would have made this better. We have struggled with product availability and was glad to find eukanuba adult dog food in stock.

Overall the products and prices are good however I always seem to have an issue with shipping. Many times it says it shipped and then the delivery date changes multiple times. I know this is not primarily the fault of petflow but the Carrier.
