I was impressed on how quickly I got my order once I placed the order. It was so quick and reliable.

Follow-ed up as promised to notify me when product was once again available. Unsure why it is not sold in bulk or two-packs like the other flarove of the same food.

The shopping was easy, I quickly found what I wanted. I received a confirmation quickly. So far..happy..happy..happy. I received an email my order was out of stock. I was given 2 options to contact Petflow, email/call. I emailed to cancel and to date I still have not received a response my order was cancelled.

Order is always on time. Easy to manage auto shipments and modify quantity and shipment dates. Subscriptions should be rewarded with more of a percentage off.

I have no complaints except I wish the delivery was a little faster. As far as my Petflow experience with the website and ease of ordering I am very satisfied.

Customer service was great, as the product I needed to purchase has been difficult to find. The website was easy to use and I was notified right away regarding the shipment. My only comment would be to offer a selection of shipping options to select from.
