I reordered my dogs "Calming Treats" for $15.29 plus $1.00 tax. I was surprised to see the total was $22.23. Shipping was $5.95. I am going to look for a similar treat on Amazon where I have Prime free shipping. These treats will last for more than a year so I have plenty of time to find a new one.

I get very quick shipping and get exactly what I order. My only complaint is the web site is glitchy especially the cart activity.

I would have given 5 stars if my order had been completed without delay, but at least I was given a credit for a future order for the cancelation. Thank you.

Placed an order for some Puppy food and a puppy toy. The Food shipped from Las Vegas, NV, and shipping was quick. The toy shipped from New Jersey, and I'm pretty sure someone riding a bicycle delivered it because it took forever. Bottom line, they're service is great, as long as they don't have to ship from an alternative location.

Service is great. If anything, some packages arrive very quickly (2-3 days) while others take closer to a week.

Everything was fine. I received my order in a timely manner.

Good products. Only issue was that everything was packed in one box which included 2 28 lb bags of litter with treats, couple cases of canned cat food. It was dumped at my mailbox. I don’t think the mail carrier could even lift it out of the truck. I had to open at the street and I was worried that it could be stolen.
