I have been using Petflow for 6 years, it has always been easy for me to adjust or change my orders. now we can not change our orders we must call Petflow to do it for us! This is not convenient!, please put back there icon that allows your clients to change their own orders. Make it easy for us not harder. Thank you

Really disappointed with the service. Placed my first prescription food order early Thursday 6/25 and provided vet info and requested that Petflow verifies directly with Vet. Come end of Monday, the order was still showing as "Verifying prescription". I reached out to Petflow and was asked if i had called my vet. Why would I? I had requested that Petflow do it with the info I provided, which is an option in the website. Why does it take a full 3 business days and a follow up for Petflow to do something I clearly requested they do? Anyway, I called my vet, got the wheels in motion right away... yet the order was not shipped till Wednesday 7/1. It was noted by Fedex as delivered noon Friday, but when I came home it was not there. I reported this Monday 7/6 in the morning and the rep said a replacement would be shipped. The replacement was not shipped till Wednesday 7/8, per Fedex. Considering a whole two weeks has gone by since i placed my order, my dog run out of food a week ago so I had to scramble in the meantime. So much for trying a new service.

Took over a week to get the prescription approval for shipment. My veterinarian ended up having to contact Petflow directly when it should have been the other way around. I had to call Petflow multiple times to check on the status and all I was told is they would resend authorization and I would have to call back in two days for follow up. The lack of compassion or desire to find out why authorization wasn’t received put me in the middle of Petflow’s failure to ensure timely approval and shipment of my pet’s crucial food.

Company ran out of sales 42 Lb ever lean litter -I ordered 3 bags and they substituted 3 14 Lb boxes and would not honor what I actually purchased and did not refund me for the items . Had to file a dispute with my charge card to get my refund. Never buying from them ever again

Poor execution failure to follow up properly with vet source on prescription

Deliveries are always on time and the product selection is great although I have had quite a few things back ordered recently. The reason for the two-star rating is that your website is difficult to use and frequently has bugs in it. This has improved some in the many years that I have used Petflow, but it still needs a lot of work. I continue to buy from Petflow due to the great prices and subscriptions.

My dog refuses to eat them!! So they must not taste that good!!

some of the canned dog food chosen was not pull-top. not noted in description. transparency is easy and it matters. i have a small army of dogs to feed twice a day. small treats are shipped with cans and are completely crushed to crumbs. wet food is often dented. will give auto-ship one more try. i have zero time to. all about saving but packaging matters, noting whether or not cans of food are easy to open is also very important.
