So far so good. I've had an auto-ship order with PetFlow for awhile. There have been times, especially during the Pandemic, that the dog food I feed has not been available. PetFlow has kept me up to date as to the expected shipping date, apologized for the delay, and made suggestions for different food.

My mini dachshund only eats verus. You were sold out. A week later you had the largest bag in stock. I had to get much more than I needed rather than risk running out. Maybe the ferrel cats in the woods will eat it. What's the shelf life of verus? Now I must find a second source of verus.

Ordering is easy, shipping was pretty fast. However, they used some really cheap tape to seal the box and the minute the driver picked it up, it busted open and the tape wasn't even connected to the box. The contents were fine.
