I like the ease of having pet food delivered on a schedule. I especially like the email alerts that I get prior to shipping in case I want to change my order in any way. The prices are comparable and the ONLY downside is that sometimes the cans are dented.

I used the service because the price with coupon and free shipping made the product the a little bit less expensive than my local veterinarian. To decide if I will continue the service, I will have to see how the prices compare after the initial incentives are no longer available.

So far so good. However they never notified me that they did not have my product and I had to email to see why the shipment never came. Other than that they have been relieable and efficient.

I can get most pet food items for less than I can in the local pet stores, and the shipping is free. Also it's easy to edit or delay orders.

We have used petflow 4 times. It has been great because we just recently moved out to the middle of nowhere. I searched and searched, and couldn't find a petstore that sells total canin any closer than an hour and a half away. With gas as high as it is, I was paying $25 just to go get dog food, plus the price of the dog food, and half the time I had to get the smaller bags of food and make another drive to the city to purchase more dog food. So overall, using petflow has saved Ke time and money. However, this last shipment was three days late, so I had to improvise for dog food during that time. That was not fun. Out of five stars, I give petflow a 4. Would gave been a five, until this last shipment was late :(

This is the first online company I have used to purchase pet food, and I have not had any issues. I understand there are many others like PetFlow, and people always try to sway me to whichever company they go through, but as long as I have no problems, I will stay loyal to them. :)

I have had nothing but good experiences with PetFlow. The ordering process is easy, the delivery is fast and spares me the trips across town to pick up the food. PetFlow fills a long standing need in the dog community. Until PetFlow owners with dogs on special foods had to order from the vet, no matter how far away that vet was from their home. Now we can order the same special food and have it delivered to our door. Much better and my canine dermatologist is just happy that I am getting the food.
