I got the idea to order from a Facebook friend. Did so - quite effortlessly and was pleasantly surprised with the product....as were my two little friends. Great ordering, great delivery, great product and packaging. Thanks,

I love everything about this company and it's service. The ONLY complaint I could have is the way the emails come thru... I view them thru my iPhone... They aren't easy to read, the print is small and kind of strange. I would be more apt to buy treats of other things if they came thru more designed. Otherwise I'm very happy!!

Service speed and quality have always been good. I was a little disappointed last time that one of my ordered items was not available (I was able to order the item but it was then not available when it came time to shiop) and unable to be shipped.

Having petflow deliver my dog's food makes for one less errand for me to do. The specific type, lamb is not carried by by local grocery store. My dog gets what she likes and I save time.

Product was what I ordered and was a timely delivery. Price was OK, not an especially great deal. Website was a little tricky to maneuver.

Nice to have a web-provider company that is flexible, provides a vast array of pet food selections (I have a border-collie mix who needs grain-free stuff) and doesn't make excuses. If you want your pet food delivered every 6 weeks on Monday...it arrives! Period.

The prices at PetFlow are really great especially because these are on high-end high-quality pet food and supplies. The delivery seems a little slow to me, but always arrives within the time frame promised. On my most recent order, my bag of dog food arrived with a slit in the side and food was spilled in the bottom of the box. The company promptly sent me a replacement at no additional cost. I had enough "buffer" in my current food supply to last me until the new shipment got to me, but I would have been unhappy if I did not and had to run to a local store with a higher price.

Lots of trouble with there not being enough tape on the boxes and them falling apart. The prices aren't that good. But you do carry some of the very best qualities, which we cannot find in our hometown.
