Petflow is convenient and reliable. The prices are a little higher than the store but the convenience makes it worth it. My only complain: the boxes are not secured enough and every box has ripped before delivery (I order cat litter so it is wry heavy but more tape could prevent tearing)

I'm one of those people that always forgets to pick up dog food. I know I'm getting near the end, but I don't want to drive into town just for dog food (or cat food, or cat litter). So invariably I put it off until it's 6:00 am and I'm scooping out the last crumbs from the bottom of the bucket... I've looked into pet delivery options in the past, but shipping is always so darned expensive, and then I still have to remember to order it again. Petflow solved that! The pros: similar pricing to pet stores, a really wide selection, low (or free!) shipping, and regular shipment schedules. The cons: It does take a bit to dial in your shipping schedule, and their shipment updates are not very current. I almost stopped and bought dog food on my way home one night because the petflow.com website said my order had just shipped that day, but in reality it had already showed up at my house.

Only my second use and so far I have had no problems and will continue to use them if the price doesn't go up!

good service, but would like a warning just before future deliveries.

I have 3 cats and travel quite a bit for business, so when I am home my time is precious. The last thing I need to do is run around shopping for cat food so when I am gone my pet sitter is well supplies. Petflow solves that problem for me. With quick easy delivery to my front door and saves me the schlep of the heavy litter too.

Petflow is very convenient. Selection is good, service is good. A little expensive, but well worth for the convenience.

Prices are not the cheapest you'll find, but they do the one thing they are meant to do very well. I never have to think about our dog's food or worry about it running out. Customer service has been nice and responsive. Shipping times are pretty fast.
