PetflowReviews of petflow.com

My order was processed quickly and they contacted my vet. However, I would prefer shipping via traditional Fed-Ex or UPS so I'd be able to better monitor its progress. I will definitely order from them on an ongoing basis.

The rates are pretty competitive. The selection is good as well, site has code functionality like search, listings etc. But the UI seems immature and they could a designer to redo their whole site.

competitive pricing, lots of brand choices, quick delivery

I only have two complaints: 1. Full order was not shipped as they ran out of stock, they should review their orders before hand when the customer is signed up for scheduled deliveries and make sure they have the food in stock so this does not happen again. 2. Have notice some of the food is dated almost at the sell by time, they need to refresh stock more often, or make sure their workers use the FIFO system, first in, first out so this does not happen. Other than that, they have treated me very good, when I did get food that was almost expired they replaced them with new bags of foods after I sent them the expiration date on the bags that were almost expired. They will also price match other online dealers if you call them with the information and they check it out and get the okay from the supervisor.,

Everything is good- my only complaint is that I have received packages that contain dented cans- the denting did not happen in shipment, it was shrink wrapped from the dog food manufacturer that way. Maybe that is why the price is so good? Maybe the Mfr is shipping all of the dented cans to Petflow.com?

I have been using PetFlow for a few months now and it is a very good service. I recently actually broke down the prices I was paying and realized I was paying 75 cents for a can of food that I could get at a grocery store for 55 cents. So in this time of belt tightening we have decided to stop the service. The only other comment is that very often our boxes and bags arrived torn - once I found the dry food all over the bottom of the box.

I am disabled and needed a way to get my dogs their healthy food and treats without having to drive all over town and then try to haul the bags into the house. PetFlow.com solves my problems! They have a wide variety of healthy dog foods and treats that I feel good to give my pets. Once you have decided on what food and/or treats you want, then you decide on a delivery schedule. PetFlow.com will deliver, to your doorstep, any time you decide. I have my food delivered every three weeks. By the time, it arrives, my dogs are ready for their new bags. If you find you need to change your schedule, you can do that, too. All online! A customer representative is always available to chat with you if you need help changing a schedule, adding or deleting a food, or just helping you find something new and tasty for your pets to enjoy. PetFlow.com will also send you an e-mail about one week before your order is ready to ship to see if you need to change anything on the order. How convenient is that?! All in all, PetFlow.com is of great benefit to me and my pet. I am sure it will also benefit you if you give it a try.

If the prices weren't so high it would be 5 star!
