I never have to worry about running out of dog food again. PetFlow emails me when they are about to ship my order and I can change that shipping date as needed so I don't end up with too much or too little left at home. Yes, it may cost a few dollars more than your "Pet Superstore" but, for me, it couldn't be more worth it.

I love the convenience & service of Petflow very much. However, the prices keep rising & I may have to terminate the service because of that.

It takes a long time to travel (5-6 days) from one state to the next using FedEx snail mail. For the most part it is good quality. Sometimes the canned prescription diet is drier than normal. Other times it is really moist and my cats devour it. When dry, I need to add a little water to moisten it but it is not as flavorful as if it were moister right from the can. Good pricing.

After web searching the better part of a morning it became obvious that PetFlow had very competitive pricing. My animals are on three different Royal Canin Veterinary Diet dry foods. One formula PetFlow did not carry(CC High Fiber-canine), the other formula was less expensive at my vet's office (LP-feline) but the third formula was less expensive if purchased through PetFlow (HP-canine). Free shipping made it an especially good deal. The customer service staff are professional and personable. This company provides a valuable service by offering animal owner's an alternative to purchasing food through their vet's office.

Absolutely love the service they provide. Pricing needs work. I can get the same food for $10 less at my local store. Yes, you pay more for the convenience, but I feel the pricing could be slightly lower.
