LOVE getting our petfood delivered!! Thank u for allowing us to do so. You service is great. Delivery is on time, and each time we hv recvd what we asked for. But ur website is unwieldy. We hv a dog and 2 cats, and it would be great if we could browse among the dog stuff, and the cat stuff, separately. It wld be great if the website remembered that we hv a dog and 2 cats, and directed us accordingly.

It's worth paying a little more for doorstep delivery and not having to convince someone to carry a specialty brand. I just started the reoccurring delivery which has been convenient once I figured out how often I needed it. Treats and toys seem to be a little pricy to me so I prefer to pick up at local grocery or amazon. Overall great experience.

Thought I would try your company after getting a $10 off coupon. Shipment arrived very quickly and as ordered. I qualified for free shipping too. Although the per container price was a bit higher than what I could pay with Petsmart petpals card, I will most likely order again as it saved me a trip to the store. The other items were priced lower. I wish you carried Pedigree Little Champions pouches...

I ordered Puppy food but was sent Adult Dog food that had a "sell by May 2012" label. They replied to my email quickly, I called and they sent me the food I wanted and didn't ask me to return the incorrect order. I will continue shopping at pet flow.

One item in my cart was not available. I would have like to been notified differently. Pet Flow charged my cc the entire amount, then refunded the amount involving the out of stock item. I prefer either: a) let me know during checkout, or b) charge me only for the items you have in stock, the first time, avoiding a refund on my cc, which shows up much later on the statement.

I love having dog food arrive at my door via UPS. I order 2 bags at a time, get free shipping, and can schedule it at my convenience. The price per bag is very good, too, especially if you factor in travel and gas to go to my local pet store to buy it. My only gripe is that the boxes and tape used are not very sturdy, so the package is often partially open or held together loosely when it arrives. It doesn't appear to be a problem with UPS, because the tape is obviously not sticking well to the box.
