PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I am happy to get quality pet food delivered to my door. My choice is Taste of The Wild and can be very hard to find locally. This solves that problem. The only negative I can see so far is that there are some other companies now offering this service and the prices are a little better. However they do not offer auto delivery and i like that feature very much.

Product arrived 6 (I think) days after order & 1 day later than promised, but (barely) in time for our needs. Otherwise OK. Have ordered twice & wil probably do so again with knowledge that it's likely to take several days to arrive.

After trying the product in trial size through the manufacturer, I chose PetFlow as the obvious choice for us. With the free shipping offer it was a no brainer, and we don't have to worry about special runs to retrieve the pups' kibble. We look forward to a long relationship!

After doing a product and price comparison, I ordered from Petflow. I scheduled my delivery for 2 weeks after I placed my order. As promised, I was not charged till the order was shipped and it arrived on time. My only problem was with a bag of dry food. The order was packed so well that the bag had a rip in it. Hopefully my next order will not have this problem and I can up my rating to 5 stars.

I love the fact that I don't have to think too much about buying my pets' food while I'm at the grocery store!! I LOVE HAVING IT JUST SHOW UP AT MY FRONT DOOR!!!! It is always right on time!! My only regret is that they don't provide bird food, my African Grey needs food too!!! I would definitely (and do!) recommend this company to anyone with a pet who eats (or poops!) -- one less thing to have to remember at the store!

I was concerned about delivery time since vendor is on East Coast and we are on West Coast. However, they utilized a warehouse in Nevada and we received product only 2 days after ordered--VERY IMPRESSED. Product was SIX CASES of dog food in CANS, a heavy load. Tried to immediately order again, but evidently the product desired no longer exists. Presumably it is out of stock, but the web site does not so state. This is disappointing. Customer should know why a product disappears, and if it is a temporary disruption or a permanent situation.

I have liked the service pet flow has given. I did have some confusion when starting scheduled service. Sent an e-mail to cust. service and never received a response. I hope the next time to get a better response.

Pet Flow would have received 5 stars if it wasn't for an unfortunate incident. I received a credit card denial for an order last week and since the order wasn't to ship until this week I called. The customer rep was a nice fella and I explained that the order was to ship the week of the 26th and we keep a very small limit on the card we use for all Internet purchases and we mpay it off every month. It would be good for accessing on the 23rd. While we were talking the rep said something that made me pause and look at the website for my orders. I have both cats and dogs and it was the cats order that was to ship on the 26th of March, however it was the dog's order they tried to charge the card for. When I looked at my orders I noticed that the date had changed on the dog's order and they were trying to ship it. Wow! I had edited the dog's order and added several products but i didn't want the original shipping date to change. The rep corrected this. i have a suggestion: There should be an additional question when checking out after making changes to a scheduled order. Do you want to ship this order now or remain to be shipped as scheduled? Thanks!
